and retail leasing and sales. In 1996 he merged operations with
NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate, an affiliate of the NAI
global real estate network. NAI provided multiple corporate
assignments for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
throughout the Inland Empire. Mr. Moore specialized in representation
of major retail and office corporations. In addition to the
brokerage duties, Mr. Moore, through partnerships, developed
fast food, office and retail projects from land acquisition
through tenant occupancy. |

Mr. Moore was actively involved in leasing and acquisitions
with direct reporting to the President. He was the lead member
to research market conditions and review development opportunities
throughout the United States. Vanir was actively involved in
real estate in San Antonio, Texas and also developed motion
pictures and created Cable Television Companies serving Colton,
and East Los Angeles, California. Mr. Moore was the assistant
to the Executive Producer of the film ventures and involved
in the cable television development. |
