Thomas W. Clark III
Project Manager
Mr. Clark has over 29 years of experience in all phases of construction, management, and the practice of architecture. Mr. Clark has served as Project Manager on seven County of San Diego Libraries, a Sheriff substation, two County of Riverside health care facilities and completed the 24,000sf Haskett Library in Anaheim. His past experience includes Public Works for County, State and U.S. governments, office and commercial retail projects and management with the Jack-in-the-Box corporate office for ADA upgrades on over 30 facilities across 14 states. Other experience in architecture offices cover more than 15 years of custom single- and multi-family housing projects throughout California and Colorado. Mr. Clark has had full project and building responsibility roles on all projects since 1987. Prior to joining RDK Consulting, Inc. in 2000, firms with which he has been associated include: EHM Architecture, Jack-in-the-Box Corporate Support Center, Bokal Kelley-Markham Architects, Baker + Hogan Associates, Architects, Harter Concrete Products, and Johnson Controls, Inc.
