SPRING VALLEY BRANCH LIBRARY, GYMNASIUM AND TEEN CENTER

A joint venture development project between the County of San Diego Library and Parks & Recreation Departments and the Spring Valley-La Mesa School District, on a 5 acre school site, including 180 parking stalls and full site and amenities improvements.


Development includes a new 13,500 square foot branch library for the County of San Diego Library with community meeting rooms.

 

Gymnasium and Teen Center includes a new 14,000 square foot multi-use gymnasium.

Facilities are jointly used by La Presa Middle School for school programs and County of San Diego Parks & Recreation Department for community related activities.

Services included initial budget preparation, design and contractor selection, design and construction management, and FF & E acquisition and installation responsibilities.
