New 5-story 100,000 square foot Annex and Parking Structure to the existing County Administrative Center (CAC) in downtown Riverside.

This project provided a new Board Room, Executive, Clerk Offices, and WRCOG and existing 14 story tower seismic upgrade. RCTC offices that provides better accessibility with enhanced energy efficiencies and appropriate amenities.

Services included budget and finance preparation, design management and contractor selection and construction management maintenance responsibilities. Site and public access issues were key considerations in this open public project.
