New consolidated superior and municipal courthouse for the County of Riverside and City Hall for the City of Blythe. This project includes a one-half block development, including asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing buildings, to complete the master-planned combined Civic Center development.

Services included financial evaluations and procurement assistance, development coordination for a design and construction team, scheduling, budgeting, government review and approvals and inter agency coordination.
