New administrative facilities for the County of Riverside and the Palo Verde School District. This project was a full-block development, including asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing school, to provide new facilities for all County agencies and School District headquarters in a combined Civic Center development.

Services included development coordination for a design/build team, all scheduling, budgeting, government review and approvals and interagency coordination.
