Development of a new 750-space Parking Structure for the existing County Administrative Center (CAC) in downtown Riverside for Riverside County.

This project provides more accessible public parking for the Riverside Courts and Governmental Complex.

Services included budget and finance preparation, design management and contractor selection, construction management and facilities maintenance responsibilities. Site and public access issues were key considerations in this Board of Supervisors project.
