Development of a new 18,500 square foot building on a 2.5 acre site, for the Sheriff-Coroner facility serving eastern Riverside County. Building includes a 4 station autopsy suite, pathology labs, refrigeration units, receiving, viewing, consultation, meeting room, administration, pathology offices, parking and landscaping improvements.

Services included program and budget development, design management, architect and contractor selection, and construction management.
