• Project consists of the development of a public services complex consisting of a 12,125 square foot medical clinic, a 7,850 square foot office building and a 3,200 square foot social services center.
• The new medical clinic will consist of a pharmacy, nine exam rooms, offices for four doctors, a program director, a facility director, a large conference room, a nurses station, a lab, and radiology department. The office building will house the County's Department of Health staff. The social services center will provide offices for various public and non-profit agencies as well as conference and class rooms.
