  • This project involved the renovation of the former FEDCO in Ontario, California. This project called for the complete interior demolition and renovation of the existing building to meet the Police Department needs which includes, a new Department of Corrections approved holding facilities, six bureaus, new regional dispatch center, community meeting facilities, Police Museum, and indoor range. Renovated parking for 840 stalls, lighting, and landscaping improvements were also needed. The project schedule for the new Police Department Headquarters involved six months for design, and approvals through construction contracting and 12 months for the renovations and improvements.
