County Administrative Center Blythe, California New administrative facilities for the County of Riverside and the Palo Verde School District.  This project includes full block development including asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing school, to provide new facilities for all County agencies and School District headquarters, in a combined civic center development.  Services included development coordination for a design/build team, all scheduling, budgeting, government review and approvals and interagency coordination.
