  • New consolidated superior and municipal court house for the County of Riverside and City Hall for the City of Blythe.  This project includes one-half block development including asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing buildings, to provide complete the master planned combined civic center development. 
  • Services have included financial evaluations and procurement assistance, development coordination for a design and construction team, scheduling, budgeting, government review and approvals and interagency coordination.
