Jurupa Valley Sheriff's Station
Riverside, California

• Nine acre development for a new 40,000 square foot Sheriff Station serving northwest Riverside County and a 40,000 square foot Crime Lab for the State of California Department of Justice. 
• Services provided included initial budget and finance preparation, design and contractor selection, construction management and facilities maintenance responsibilities.  Site and internal security and public access issues were key considerations in this Redevelopment Agency project.
