Library Headquarters Renovation

• The Library Headquarters remodel project included the complete renovation of 20,000 square feet of space to create a new corporate image. Working with the McCulley Group, RDK Consulting and the Library Administrative Staff defined new parameters for their working environment.  With the growth of the County Library system and additional staff it was necessary to incorporate a special interview room, computer training facilities and a central "Mock Library." The new design defined dynamic work environments for the individual departments. Circulation throughout the new space was emphasized by "reading" graphics, soffit "eye brow" details and lighting.

• Services provided included initial budget preparation, design and contractor selection, construction management and furnishings acquisition.
