  • Development of a new 2,500 square foot branch library for San Diego County Library serving southeast San Diego County. 
  • Services provided included initial budget preparation, design and contractor selection, design and construction management, and FF & E acquisition and installation responsibilities.  Overall design, community participation, energy conservation and daylighting issues were key considerations in this San Diego County Department of General Services/Mountain Empire School District project.
