Riverside County Administrative Center (CAC) Regional Complex

• Development of a new 100,000 square foot Annex and 750 space Parking Structure to the existing County Administrative Center (CAC) in downtown Riverside for Riverside County.
• This exciting project provides a new Board of Supervisors Board Room, Board Offices, County  Executive Offices, Clerk of the Board Offices, offices  for Western Riverside County Council of  Governments (WRCOG) and  Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) that are more accessible to the public with enhanced efficiencies, energy conserving and with the appropriate amenities.
• Services provided included budget and finance preparation, design management and contractor selection, construction management and facilities maintenance responsibilities.  Site and public access issues were key considerations in this Board of Supervisors project.
