Rancho San Diego Branch Library El Cajon, California Development of a new 19,500 square foot branch library for San Diego County Library serving southeast San Diego County. Services provided included initial budget preparation, design and contractor selection, design and construction management, and FF & E acquisition and installation responsibilities.  Overall design, community participation, energy conservation and daylighting issues were key considerations in this San Diego County Department of General Services project.
