A
joint venture development project between the County of San
Diego Library and Parks Departments and the Spring Valley-La
Mesa School District, on a 5 acre school site, including 180
parking stalls and full site and amenities improvements.

Development
includes a new 14,000 square foot multi-use gymnasium Gymnasium
and Teen Center. A new 13,500 square foot branch library for
the County of San Diego Library was completed in August 2003.

Facilities
to be jointly utilized by La Presa Middle School for school
programs and County of San Diego Parks Department for community
related activities.

Services
provided included initial budget preparation, design and contractor
selection, design and construction management, and FF &
E acquisition and installation responsibilities.
