Valley Center Branch Library & Local History Museum Valley Center, California Development of a new 14,500 square foot branch library for San Diego County Library and local history museum serving northeast San Diego County.  Services provided included initial budget preparation, design and construction management, and FF & E acquisition and installation responsibilities.  Overall design, community participation, and integration of community local history museum with library operations were key considerations in this San Diego County Department of General Services project.
