• A new Waste Management Department Headquarters facility completed in two phases.  Phase I included a 23,000 square feet Administration Building.  Phase II consisted of Warehouse & Mechanic Bays building of approximately 17,000 square feet and vehicle/equipment maintenance yard, including on-site parking for 80 secured county fleet stalls that contains a covered fueling service island with 2 underground fuel storage tanks with all automated pump delivery systems.  Both phases included complete lighting, landscape and off-site improvements.
